Philadelphia-based AMC DelanceyGroup owns the 240,000-sf outlet center, which is fashioned afteran American town of the 1860s. It opened in October 2000.
Limited Too inked a lease for 4,000 sf by the center's Gazebo,which is located between Jones NY Country and Kulpsville Antiques.The teen apparel retailer was spun off from Columbus, OH-based theLimited in 1999 and operates 561 stores in 46 states and PuertoRico.
