"CP Analytics has developed cutting edge portfolio analysistools which help major space users to prioritize and optimize theirreal estate decisions," says Raymond Torto, principal and chiefstrategist for TWR. Torto feels that the primary target clients are largecorporations with multiple owned or leased locations in NorthAmerica. Firms that usually take a tactical approach to real estateleasing or ownership will now be able to use a more strategicapproach demanded by CFO's. TWR's current client base includesMetlife, AEW Capital Management and Guggenheim Partners RealEstate.

CP Analytics, which formed in 2004, stands to benefit greatlyfrom the alliance as well. "Our relationship with TWR furthers ourability to help real estate users better manage the risk of realestate market pricing fluctuations to lower occupancy costs," saysMartha O'Mara, managing director of CP Analytics. "The combinationof TWR's knowledge with our proprietary analytic tools gives ourclients a unique and comprehensive understanding of the marketplaceand their portfolios."
