Steptoe & Johnson's more than 400 attorneys practice in awide range of fields. The firm's lease joins a number of recentoffice space renewals, including a renewal and expansion by theinsurance firm Entertainment Brokers International at 10940Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood.

Douglas Fine of Julien J. Studley's L.A. office, who representedthe insurance brokerage firm, says the renewal expands the firm'soffice space to nearly 19,000 sf. Under terms of the agreement, EBIwill continue to occupy the entire 17th floor of the 205,000-sfbuilding and will expand onto half of the 10th floor in July 2005when the space becomes available. The 10940 Wilshire Blvd. buildingis 98% leased and is owned by Equity Office Properties Trust, whichwas represented internally by David Hitzel.
