Scranton-based Cinram Manufacturing Inc., which makes CDs, isanother major recipient. With more than $2.1 million in DCEDfunding, the company will expand to increase its DVD productioncapacity. With a financial package of just almost $2.5 million,BabyAge Inc. will relocate its infant and juvenile distributionfacilities from New Jersey to Hanover, and Graham Packaging Co.will establish a plastic bottle manufacturing plant in nearbyHazleton with a $1.2-million funding package.

In Northumberland County, Fleetwood Motor Homes of Pennsylvaniareceived approximately $1.3 million to expand operations, beginningwith development of a 53-acre parcel in Ralpho Township. A secondphase of its expansion calls for construction of a 140,000-sf paintand finishing center.

Other projects, all receiving less than $1 million, include PPG,which is relocating its chemical business group from Pittsburgh toMonroeville; Thermacore International, which is closing a plant inMexico and expanding its facility in Manheim in Lancaster County,and Emanuel Tire of Pennsylvania, which is expanding its plant inPlymouth in Montgomery County.
