The store, which is located on the north side of the mall on thefirst level, is the company's fourth. Waikiki Traders also hasDavid & Goliath stores in Honolulu, Lahaina and Waikiki. Futurestores are planned for Las Vegas and San Francisco, and is alsolooking at more locations in California and Florida, says JimGeiger, an official at Waikiki Traders. "We're looking forcontrolled growth and will probably be sticking to the top touristlocations."

Conceived and developed by designer Todd Goldman, a formercertified public accountant, the merchandise line includesbackpacks, T-shirts, pajamas and jewelry emblazoned with sloganssuch as "boys are smelly" and "it's all about me." The storemarkets itself to girls and women from 10 year old to college ageand even "suburban car pool moms."

The Mall of America location is a partnership between David& Goliath and Waikiki Trader Group, a Hawaii-based retailcompany that looks for concepts such as D&G with which topartner.
