The building, constructed in 1970-71, was vacated a few yearsago when its operation was relocated to the renovated WarrenCommunity Center about two miles away. Clinton Township residentGiulio Zaccagnini was one of three bidders on the building and the1.1-acre parcel east of Ryan Road. His winning bid is conditionalupon the city rezoning the property from single-family residentialto office use.

Zaccagnini, who owns steel and woodworking companies, couldrenovate the building for medical or other possible office-typebusinesses. A public hearing on that rezoning is slated for Dec.14.
