GURNEE, IL-Gurnee Town Centre, a 179,730-sf retail propertybuilt two years ago, has been acquired by Inland Western RetailReal Estate Trust for $44.26 million. The center at 7105 Grand Ave.is anchored by Linens n' Things, Old Navy, Borders, Cost Plus andPier 1.

The center is west on heavily-traveled Route 132 from GurneeMills. "This is a great shopping center in our own backyard," saysInland Real Estate Acquisitions chairman Joe Cosenza. "Gurnee is areal shopping Mecca and we're thrilled to be involved."
