Paul Heath Ltd. paid $500,000 for a 12,000-sf warehouse sold byLake Havasu, AZ-based T&T Investments. Paul Heath Ltd. has aretail location on the North Side of Chicago. Grubb & Ellis Co.vice president Larry Goldwasser and associate Jay Maher representedT&T Investments, putting the single-tenant property undercontract in less than 60 days. Closing followed three monthslater.
