In another Anaheim deal brokered by Migliori, bass fishingtackle store Anglers Marine acquired a 13,500-sf industrialfacility from Empire Demolition for $2.5 million in a 1031exchange. Empire in turn purchased an8,000-sf facility in Chino.Migliori reports that Anglers Marine will occupy the concretetilt-up structure on one acre at 1126 N. Fountain Way.AnglersMarine is also one of the West's leading boat dealerships.Meanwhile, Empire Demolition will occupy its new facility at 14945La Palma Drive in Chino. Migliori represented Anglers Marine alongwith Scott Seal of GVA DAUM. Migliori also represented EmpireDemolition.

In a Corona transaction, Kevin Chapin of NAI Capital Commercialreports that Option One Medical Equipment has leased a 36,634-sfindustrial building at 830 Parkridge Ave. from PrincelandProperties in a 10-year, $2.5 million deal. Chapin, who representedthe medical firm, says will be relocating its corporate officesfrom Irvine as well as its Corona operations into the largerindustrial facility within Corona that is located in the ParkridgeBusiness Center.

The company will be doubling its size in Corona and will occupythe industrial building with ground floor warehouse space and twofloors of offices for corporate offices as well as the sale andrental of home medical equipment. Princeland Properties wasrepresented by Tim Hawke of Strata Realty.
