DALLAS-In a sweeping push to reward hard work, the Staubach Co. has promoted five professionals in the Southwest Corporate Services’ office in Dallas. The promotions added two executive vice presidents, a senior vice president and a pair of vice presidents.

“The Southwest Corporate Services group at Staubach has grown a remarkable 30% this past year,” John Gates, president of the Dallas-based firm’s Southwest Corporate Services, says in a prepared statement for GlobeSt.com. “We attribute this accomplishment not only to outstanding work that individuals perform on behalf of our clients, but from the leadership and mentoring role such individuals provide to our entire team. The recent promotions of Jeff Ellerman, Scott Collier, Sharon Morrison, Brad Blankenship and Bo Bond are well deserved acknowledgments of their contributions to our success.”

Ellerman and Collier rose to the EVP level from senior vice president. Morrison, a vice president, was named senior vice president. Bond, previously an associate, and Blankenship, rising from consultant, were promoted to vice presidents. With the changes, Ellerman and Collier join Staubach’s Paul Whitman and Carl Ewert on the top rung of the corporate brokerage ladder. The other changes take the firm to six senior vice presidents and 13 vice presidents.

Ellerman, with 21 years in the industry, has spent the past six years with Staubach, specializing as an office tenant representative. He consistently is ranked as a top broker inside and outside the company.

Collier, also an office tenant rep, has 19 years’ service. Like Ellerman, he’s a top-ranked broker and one of the region’s heavy hitters.

Morrison will be overseeing Staubach’s industrial group for the Southwest. For six consecutive years, the 15-year professional has made the region’s Top 10 list.

Bond, with 11 years in the industry, concentrates on high-tech companies, corporate headquarters relocations and industrial users. Blankenship, part of Staubach’s design and construction consulting team, has 24 years in the industry, one of less than 1,000 in the US holding a certified professional constructor accreditation.
