Desert Troon Cos. will develop and own the two buildings,Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center and Perimeter Gateway 101,while Charles W. Hall III and Peter Menna with Grubb &Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC will market the properties. "There arealready several very good candidates for the space," Hall tellsGlobeSt.com. "No leases have been signed yet, but we are in earlynegotiations for blocks in both buildings."

Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center is a 100,000-sf, two-storyoffice building with sub-level parking located along Hartford Drivejust east of Perimeter Drive. It is located on an 11-acre site thatis suitable for an additional 100,000 sf of development, Hallsays.

Perimeter Gateway 101, which is an 80,000-sf, two-story officebuilding with sub-level parking, is part of a three-building campussituated on 18 acres at the northwest corner of the Pima Freeway orLoop 101 and Bell Road. The campus has one building fully leased toDHL Cos. and the other one, which is still under construction, ispre-leased to Centex Homes.
