The firm's strategy is to work with wealth managers to help meetthe real estate investment needs of their client base by creatingfully transparent portfolios of property assets that allowinvestors "to gain diversity through the real estate asset class.They get a balanced portfolio," Gamble explains. He will lead thefirm's expansion with Prescott's two other managing directors,Daniel J. Steinberg and Susan L. Stupin.

Through the newly created Prescott Capital Management unit, thefirmwill sponsor a series of US commercial property investmentpartnerships and fund vehicles targeted toward private wealthmanagers serving high-net-worth investors, including private banks,brokerages, trust companies, family offices, financial advisors andother financial service companies.
