The information technology services company has subleased thespace from Spherion for the remaining lease term of one year, saysAngela Denton, director of investor relations for Systems EvolutionInc. "The new space is actually less expensive and more economicalthan the old space," she says.
The company plans to work directly with building owner,Dallas-based Granite Properties Inc., to renew the lease. Theasking price for One Westchase Center is $19 per sf.
Systems Evolution Inc. moved from about 2,500 sf of class Coffice space at 10707 Corporate Dr. in Stafford, where it washoused for more than 10 years, according to Denton. The companymoved into One Westchase Center earlier this month. Julie King, asenior director with Cresa Partners Houston represented SystemsEvolution in the sublease.
