The HVAC supplier will be setting up shop later this year at2215 W. Lone Cactus Dr. in the Aztec Commerceplex. Built in 1998,the Commerceplex is located near the intersection of Interstate 17and Loop 101 in the Deer Valley submarket.
The 203,152-sf industrial complex situated on 12.1 acres, is now95% occupied, according to Marc Hertzberg, senior associate ofGrubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC who represented AztecCommerceplex's owner, locally based EJM Development Co. JohnstoneSupply was represented by Bruce Calfee, senior vice president ofGrubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC.
"Johnstone's primary goal in leasing new space was to be asclose to the I-17 as possible," Hertzberg tells GlobeSt.com. Thecompany has two other locations in the Phoenix Valley--one inCentral Phoenix and one in Mesa.
