As CBRE's VP for industrial properties, Meg Buffington willspecialize in the leasing and sale of large industrial propertiesthroughout the Mid-Atlantic region, according to Robert W. Walters,senior managing director for the company's Greater Philadelphiaoffices. He says Buffington will be part of CBRE's global logisticsgroup, which serves third-party logistics and user-clients in majormarkets worldwide.

Prior to joining CBRE, Buffington was a marketing and leasingdirector at First Industrial Realty Trust in Harrisburg. She willbe based in CBRE's Wayne, PA office. Jim Gillis, a formerindependent insurance agent with experience at The Hartford and GECapital, also joins the Wayne office as an associate broker for theoffice market.

Medeiros brings more than 15 years of retail construction anddevelopment experience to Kramont. He succeeds James N. Seip, whohas worked for Kramont and its predecessor companies for 20 yearsand will continue to consult on special projects. Medeiros has heldposts with Brinker International, Atlantic Foods/Boston Chicken,Pizza Hut, Taco Bell Corp., Amerada Hess Corp. and BechtelConstruction.
