The agreement of sale was brokered on behalf of the seller byBill Goodwin, a senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis,Philadelphia. David Ricci, a partner with the Flynn Co., alsoPhiladelphia, repped Redi Plants in finalizing the transaction.

The building, which includes 700 sf of built-out office space,is situated on a 21.5-acre site near I-295 in South Jersey, withinthe Mid-Atlantic Corporate Center. The latter is a 645-acre,15-building business park with a total of more than 930,000 sf ofspace, with multiple ownership.

Redi Plants, which distributes its products from Florida as farnorth as Pennsylvania, will use the building for warehousing anddistribution. The asset is the company's first location in NewJersey.
