Brad Chrischilles, Crow's senior vice president andJacksonville director, calls Court's specific landlordrepresentation assignment "rare in this market." Most brokers inthis category are tenant reps.
Court has supervised the leasing of a total 5.3 million sf inher career to date. At Parmenter Realty, she oversaw leasingactivities at the one-million-sf, Downtown Bank of America Tower.Prior to Parmenter, Court was a leasing manager for the assetservices division of Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. inFort Lauderdale. She also worked for CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s localoffice where she handled surplus real estate for First Union's 39Florida properties.
