"The firm has been doing well and is adding professionals," saysSteven Biegel, senior vice president and branch manager ofStudley's Houston office. "They needed more space."

Biegel tells GlobeSt.com that Woodrock considered many class Abuildings in the Greenway Plaza submarket. "We received some verycompetitive proposals, but in the end, staying was the most costeffective decision because moving is always very expensive," heexplains.

Woodrock's space is adjacent to a 5,000-sf office, which oncehoused a Nike sales office. Biegel put Woodrock in the subleasespace when the firm decided to move from 1100 Louisiana St. in theCBD.
