Andy Stape, Bob Filley, Joe Friedman and Wes Scott of theTranswestern Commercial Services' Asset Investment Sales Group andRobert Osinoff and Eugene Smith of Transwestern's GovernmentServices Group listed the property and represented seller StoneTract Associates in the deal; Stonewater represented itself.
