The synagogue is located at 8215 Old Georgetown Rd. off Route187. Phase I involved construction of a three-story, 20,000-sfaddition to the 50-year-old building; the project resulted in newspace for eight classrooms, a lounge, offices, a chapel, a kitchenand social hall, multi-purpose space and an expanded library.
Blake Real Estate is also overseeing the construction of PhaseII of the project, which got under way last month and will yield anadditional 11,500 sf of space. That endeavor is on target to reachcompletion in September of next year.
