The work will focus on upgrades to technology, decor and comfort. The hotels to be sold include four in Washington, three in Oregon, two in Montana and two in Idaho. The other non-core properties include the Crescent Court mixed-use property in Spokane, condominiums in Sand Point, ID and land in the Central Washington cities of Kennewick and Pasco.WestCoast expects to gross between $68 million and $74.8 million from the dispositions and net between $39.4 million and $43.6 million after selling expenses and paying off $23.3 million in mortgage debt.
