There will be four units per floor, built out to buyers' specs,and they are being marketed at prices ranging from $2 million to$15 million, in keeping with the building's name, which translatesto "pinnacle" and "apex." A typical floor plan for a three-bedroom,three-bath interior unit is 3,100 sf and has a 1,030-sf balcony. Arepresentative plan for a more expensive exterior, four-bedroom,three-bath unit is 4,150 sf and has a 2,440-sf balcony.

All units have a private elevator, full-size gourmet kitchen,and built-in, automated technology systems. Interiors are by theYabu Pushelberg design team, which worked with Perez on One Miamiin Downtown Miami and Beach Club in Hallandale and also designedinteriors for the new Four Seasons Hotel in Tokyo and the Tiffany& Co. flagship store in New York. Sieger Suarez, which is knownfor floor-through designs that afford views in multiple directions,previously collaborated with Related Group on the neighboringPortofino Tower and Murano at Portofino, located, respectively, at300 and 1000 South Pointe Dr.

Perez declined to disclose the estimated construction cost ofApogee. Marketing begins next month and details are accessible tobuyers only through a password-protected website.
