Soloff has an 18-year career in the industry in Center City,most recently as a principal in the local office of Seligsohn SoensHess and previously as a VP with locally based Rubenstein BrokerageGroup. During that time, he handled leasing for more than threemillion sf of class A office properties, including One and TwoLogan Square, 2000 Market St., Ten Penn Center, and 1760 MarketSt.
Within the past six years, Soloff completed in excess of 150transactions totaling more than two million sf with an aggregatetransaction value of $350 million.
