The Northern DuPage County industrial market has seen directvacancy rates drop two full percentage points in 2004 to 8.2%starting the fourth quarter, according to Delta Associates,Transwestern Commercial Service's research arm. When sublease spaceis factored in, vacancy is 8.8%, still healthier than the entiremarket.
