SAN DIEGO-Plans have been submitted to the City of San Diego fora proposed three-story, 85,000-sf, mixed-use project. Thedevelopment project, which will be known as Brewery II Rowhomes,would go up in the Midway/Pacific Highway district of SanDiego.

The tract, located at the corner of Hancock and WashingtonStreets, is owned by San Diego-based Pacifica Companies and iscurrently being leased as airport parking, according to an officialwith the design team on the project. Pacifica has retained SanDiego-based KMA Architecture & Engineering as the designarchitect for the project. The new project will be located acrossfrom Mission Brewery Plaza and adjacent to Washington Streettrolley station.
