Berling is the former director of real estate for All TerrainProperty Funds. Berling serves as a board member of Matrix CapitalBank in Denver. He formerly served as a senior executive withHomart Development Co., which was the development arm of SearsRoebuck & Co. And he also was a senior executive with Beta WestProperties, the former real estate arm of US West, the name of theregional telephone company later acquired by QwestCommunications.
