"Coyote Portable Storage is doing great," says Bob Hubbard, aPhoenix associate with CB Richard Ellis Inc., who teamed withassociate Aric Adams to represent the franchisee in thenegotiations for 800 W. Carver Rd. in Tempe. "They didn't expectbusiness to grow as fast as it has and they're very over capacityat their existing location and needed more space right away." Thecompany also has a West Valley location at 1010 S. 65th Ave. inPhoenix.

"Coyote was finding that a lot of their business was in theSoutheast and Northeast Valley," Hubbard says. "This new space isto serve the East Valley customers."

Hubbard tells GlobeSt.com that finding space for Coyote was morecomplicated than one might expect. "They wanted 45,000 to 55,000 sfand they have unique requirements--they need 20-foot wide,grade-level doors and 30-foot clear height, which allows them tobring the PODS in and out and to stack them," he explains.
