Chang's family, through a company called Chang Enterprises thatincludes his brother Michael, the former tennis star, boughtSullivanHayes in October. The price wasn't publicly disclosed.

Over the past 26 years, Sullivan led by Jim Sullivan, leasedmore than 100 million sf of retail space in the metropolitan area.It helped bring a number of big-box tenants to the area, includingCostco, Super Target, Bass Pro Shops and many more.

Castle spent almost 19 years with SullivanHayes. He waspresident of the company from 1998 until last April, where hestarted his own firm. Earlier, Chang Enterprises also bought the100-year–old Dunton, which has been focusing more on propertymanagement.Both Castle and Chang say they will branch more intoindustrial and office deals, as they go forward. Chang, the chiefexecutive officer of Chang Enterprises and the former coach for hisbrother, says he and Castle share the same vision.
