Also in Virginia, a1,250-sf bathhouse will be built at Occoquan's River fallsCommunity Center and Colonial Heritage Williamsburg Country Cluband Sport Center in Williamsburg will get a 32,000-sf country club,complemented by a 9,000-sf sports center.
