The building contains 18,000 sf of finished office space thatGoodwin says will be renovated to allow the new owner to show avariety of configurations of interior office furnishings andproducts. The new owner is a Haworth-preferred dealership andserves corporate, institutional and healthcare workplaces.

The office area contains raised-access flooring, movable walls,and plug-and-play technology for voice, data, power and airdistribution. The warehouse portion of the building includes 40- by42-foot column spacing, ceiling heights of from 23 to 26 feet, fourtailgate loading docks and one drive-in loading door.
