ALEXANDRIA, VA-Two separate lease transactions have left Dimensions International Inc. with a total of 45,000 sf of space at 2800 Eisenhower Ave. in which to consolidate its headquarters and accommodate anticipated growth. The first lease involves 30,000 sf at the 115,000-sf office building, while the second contract covers 114,000 sf of space currently being built out on a different floor.

Dimensions International, an information technology concern, relied on Scheer Partners Inc. for representation in the two lease agreements with property owner REIT Management, and the commercial real estate consulting firm is also overseeing the build-out of the additional 15,000-sf office segment. REIT Management represented itself in the transaction. Located right off I-495, 2800 Eisenhower was developed 18 years ago and is also home to accounting and consulting firm Schreiner, Legge & Co. and information technology company Templar Corp.

“For Dimensions International, it was just as important to locate a space that would meet their current needs as it was their future needs,” says Dan Gonzalez, executive vice president and regional manager at Scheer Partners’ office in McLean, VA. “Within less than four months, they had grown to the point where an additional 15,000 sf was necessary. Because their real estate needs were evaluated in coordination with their business plan, this was an easy transition for them to make.” A Scheer Partners spokesperson tells that the build-out of the remaining 15,000 sf is on target for completion early next year.
