The supplier of wood moldings has operations at 777 Chase Ave.in Elk Grove Village and on Route 225 in Frankfort. It sought toconsolidate operations here with one north, and one south,location. The company first had its eyes on the Joliet and Mokenaareas, but found nothing suitable.

Although terms were not disclosed, competing space inthe Cherry Hill Business Park has been on the market at $3.50 persf.
