The signing was arranged by Vincent Marano, COO, and Tom Stange,leasing director of National Business Parks. The Princeton-basedfirm is Zirinsky's leasing and management arm. Terms of the signingwere not disclosed.

The tenant is a 20-year-old private company that specializes inthe design and manufacture of fiber-optic components and systemsfor the medical device, pharmaceutical, scientific research, lasermanufacturing and telecom industries. All of the company'sadministration, design and assembly operations are located at thesite.

The formerly vacant building, acquired by Zirinsky last year,has undergone a major renovation leading to the effort to fill thespace, according to Marano. Other recent signees include StellarAcademy, a childhood learning center, which took 16,000 sf, andsmaller spaces taken by American Express Financial Advisors, theLegato law firm and Better Care Pediatrics.
