Trammell Crow, operating under the name South Glebe HoldingsLLC, has tapped WDG Architecture to design the newgreen--environmentally friendly--multifamily property, which willconsist of a four-story segment complemented by an 11-storytower.
"This project continues the momentum that is revitalizing SouthArlington," County Board chair Barbara Favola notes. "In addition,it will help maintain the diversity and vitality of the Nauckcommunity and surrounding areas." If all goes according to plan,work on the Alexan at South Glebe will get under way in November2005.
