Located at the northwest corner of Greenfield and McDowellroads, the land was sold by Phoenix-based Dover Associates LLC,owner of the 65-acre Dover Industrial Park. Greenfield Airpark LLCis planning to build four, 20,000-sf buildings, each designed withsix or seven 3,000-sf condo bays, says Brad Davis, principal withGreenfield Airpark. He tells GlobeSt.com that the condos, whichwill have 16-foot clear heights and 15% office build-out, willstart at $115 per sf.

Construction is scheduled to begin in May and completion isplanned for November. "We like the access that the 202 freeway willprovide to the area," Davis says.

Mesa's industrial vacancy is 1.8% for flex space so "there's alot of demand for this kind of product," Davis says. "With thehigh-end homes around the area, people are going to want to locatetheir companies here."
