The deal took 90 to 120 days to close, he says, addingthat the new tenant expanded with the move from Century Center inIrving. Iron Mountain Information Management re-upped a 42,000-sf leaseat its 15-year address in the 4051 La Reunion Blvd. warehouse.Chris Teasdale with Swearingen Realty in Dallas negotiated afive-year lease for the firm, which uses the 302,000-sf warehouseto store documents.

Meanwhile, National Presort Inc. unpacked in 59,540 sf ofwarehouse space in the Turnpike Distribution Center, using afive-year lease as a consolidation move for two locations in themetroplex. The lease polished off the available space in a109,000-sf warehouse at 3901 La Reunion Blvd. and emptied space at2535 Lone Star Dr. Gorman says National Presort filled space that'sbeen dark nearly a year. Art Daboub, an independent broker inDallas, represented the 20-year-old, mail-sorting firm. The LaReunion warehouses, owned by Des Moines-based Principal FinancialGroup, carries a quoted rent of $2.50 per sf to $3 per sf.
