United Properties will manage development and construction ofthe project, and will own the building and provide propertymanagement services upon completion. Brown College will carry along-term lease on the building, the terms of which were notdisclosed, and will fully occupy it.

The one-story building will include culinary teaching facilitiesranging from a bakery and butcher shop to several instructionalkitchens, classrooms and administration offices for the Le CordonBleu culinary program. The facility will also include a restaurantwhere culinary students can gain real-world experience cooking.
