This is the second time in six years that Studley hasrepresented the Hines affiliate in a negotiation on the Burbankproperty, with Stockwell and Adams brokering both deals. In 1998,Stockwell and Adams represented Sagamore Equities in theacquisition of the then-vacant Burbank building from CommunityBank. They then negotiated the 12-year, $17-million triple-netlease for the entire building with Quest on behalf of Sagamore,which sold the property to Hines three months later with theStudley team brokering the transaction. In the latest sale, DigitalRealty Trust was represented by Sean Sullivan and Patrick Church ofCB Richard Ellis.
