MIAMI-Locally based Quail Roost Investors Joint Venture obtained$5.2 million in financing for the 221,720-sf Quail Roost ShoppingCenter here on US 1. The retail strip mall was built in 1982. Itsmajor tenant is Kinko's.

Lan Chi Stempel, VP of the local office of Coral Gables-basedThomas D. Wood and Co., secured the financing. It is at apermanent, undisclosed fixed rate with a 15-year term and 25-yearamortization. The lender is Richmond, VA-based Genworth Financial,a firm with which Wood has a correspondent lender relationship.
