Southboro Executive Place is three-story red brick officebuilding totaling 70,762 sf. Located on Route 9, the building is inclose proximity to a number of restaurants, day care centers andhotels.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed. RBJ currently lists theproperty as having 7,000 sf available. "Southboro Executive Placeis a very attractive location in the I-495 West area," says JohnLashar, partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners. "We areseeing significant interest in the remaining available space."
Advance Realty Group owns two other properties in Massachusetts,the three-building, 217,250-sf Westborough Executive Park, and theShattuck Office Center in Andover, a 62,806 sf class A office.
