In Lexington, ActivBiotics Inc. took 17,800 sf at 110 HartwellAve. under a three-year arrangement that allows the firm to movefrom its former location at the Ledgemont Center at 128 Spring St.,in Lexington into laboratory and office space owned by GlenboroughRealty Trust. BG Medicine Inc., formerly located at 40 Bear HillRd. in Waltham, has signed on to take 21,000 sf under a three-yearsublease at the Hobbs Brook Office Park, 610 Lincoln St., also inWaltham.

All three tenants were represented by Richards Barry Joyce &Partners LLC. The real estate brokerage firm also represented ownerGlenborough. In the Waltham transaction, sublessor GPC Biotech Inc.was represented by CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, while theCambridge negotiations were handled by owner Lincoln PropertyCo.
