EAGAN, MN-Toll Brothers said this week they plan to break groundlater this year at Steeplechase of Eagan, a 95-unit housingdevelopment. The project, which won council approval in May forafter one and a half of revising and presenting plans, willintroduce Horsham, PA-based Toll Brothers to the Twin Citiesmarket. Toll already operates in other Midwestern markets such asChicago and Detroit.

"We are attracted to the Twin Cities area because of its strongcorporate business base, its affluent customer demographics and itsvibrant and diverse housing market," says Robert Toll, chairman andchief executive officer of Toll Brothers.
