ProLogis and Mohawk Industries were represented by Paul Earnhartof the Ontario office of Lee & Associates and Chris Coyte ofLee's Newport Beach office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed,but asking rates for space in warehouses of 100,000 sf or more inthe Inland Empire have been running in the mid 30-cent range,triple-net.

Mohawk, which is one of the world's largest manufacturers anddistributors of floor coverings and related accessories, alsoleases space from ProLogis in San Antonio, Miami and St. Louis.ProLogis is one of the largest owners of distribution space in theInland Empire, with more than 35 facilities totaling nearly 13million sf. Its other tenants in the Inland Empire include SoloCup, Black & Decker, Unilever, Skechers, Big Lots andVolkswagen.
