Specifics of theleases are unavailable; but Akridge, which developed the officebuilding with Multi-Employer Property Trust and the accompanying70-unit condominium building with the Holladay Corp., markets theoffice space for $32 to $35 per-sf, according to real estate datasource Black's Guide.

Developed at 3101 Wilson Blvd. in the Rosslyn-Baltimore corridorin 2003, the Hartford is also home to consulting firm Greener &Hook, federal contractor Stanley Associates. In the retail section,Italian restaurant Sette Bello and home furnishings store VestaHome have claimed space.
