The company is moving in order to meet the qualifications forventure capital funding by DC Capco, which stipulates that fundingrecipients have a District-based headquarters. Terms of thelease have not been disclosed; however, space at the property ismarketed in the mid $20-per-sf range.

Located in the predominantly residential Glover Parkneighborhood just north of Georgetown, 2201 Wisconsin Ave. wasdeveloped in 1981. The property is also home to St. John'sCommunity Services, meeting planning services firm MeetingSolutions and the Paragon Title & Escrow Co. With CreateHope'slease, the building is now 93% occupied.
