Terms of thelease have not been disclosed; however, space at the property ismarketed in the mid $20-per-sf range.
Located in the predominantly residential Glover Parkneighborhood just north of Georgetown, 2201 Wisconsin Ave. wasdeveloped in 1981. The property is also home to St. John'sCommunity Services, meeting planning services firm MeetingSolutions and the Paragon Title & Escrow Co. With CreateHope'slease, the building is now 93% occupied.
