VIRGINIA BEACH, VA-Ethan Allen Home Interiors has become thelatest addition to the 832,500-sf retail segment at the nearly twomillion-sf the Town Center of Virginia Beach with the opening ofits new 25,000-sf store. The two-story facility, developed by storeco-owner Bert Crawford and his company Principal Service Inc., istwice the size of the retailer's previous location at HilltopShopping Center East.

Located at 4677 Columbus St., Ethan Allen sits adjacent to oneof Town Center's larger retailers, the 84,000-sf Dick's SportingGoods. The retail segment's list of occupants also includes AnnTaylor Loft, the Cheesecake Factory, Funny Bone Comedy Club andRestaurant, Men's Warehouse and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
