Milgard, which is relocating from 860 W. Carver Rd., will usethe temporary location for both manufacturing and distribution ofwindows. "This was a short-term solution to their real estate spaceneeds while the current facility is being constructed," says JeffConrad, a principal with Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix,who represented the tenant in the deal. Bruce Calfee with Grubb& Ellis/BRE Commercial LLC's Phoenix office negotiated onbehalf of the local building owner, Johnson Grove Partnership.

Conrad tells GlobeSt.com that the tenant is handling renovationcosts, including additional power, office space finish-out,painting and fencing a storage yard. "The center was in closeproximity to their existing location and it best met their needs,"he adds.
