Shores will oversee all development projects and acquisitionsfor the firm. At Hines, Shores headed activities in Colorado, whichincluded the development, acquisition, disposition and entitlementof one million sf of commercial office and mixed-use space.
Prior to joining Hines, Shores was a senior consultant withAnderson Consulting, now Accenture, in its commercial bankingmergers and acquisitions group in Charlotte, NC.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and theNational Association of Industrial and Office Parks.
