ROXBURY, NJ-Continental Properties is set to start work onPondside Manor, a 42-unit multifamily residential community here.The project will rise on five acres, according to Scott D'Aloise,director of community development for the Woodbridge-basedhomebuilder.Pondside Manor will consist of a dozen one- andtwo-story townhomes and condominiums, and 30 manor home-stylecondominiums with two buildings. The units will average in theneighborhood of 2,000 sf of living space, according to D'Aloise.The cost of the project hasn't been released.The project representsthe fourth in this North Jersey community for ContinentalProperties. The company's earlier completed projects here includeWillow Walk I, Forest Hollow and Hunter's Ridge.
