WOBURN-A Compton, CA-based auto parts firm has opened its firstEast Coast location. Silla Cooling System Inc. signed a five-yearlease for 5,000 sf of distribution and warehouse space at CummingsPark.
Silla, which opened its 33rd location with the move, inked thedeal with after working under a tight deadline to find space forthe venture, Tyler Ewing, with Grubb & Ellis, tellsGlobeSt.com. "They were on a pretty tight time frame to get intospace and all the other locations we looked at had limitations onthe timing,"Ewing notes. "One of the things that was beneficial wasthat Cummings Properties could react quickly and supply the spacethey needed."
